Behind the sled

Mile after mile, pounding through heaps of snow, facing strong and chilly winds, the dogs feel right at home.
With nothing but the huffing sounds from the dogs, the surrounding forest seems immensely deep.

When cruising through the untouched wilderness of northern Sweden they have to be careful not to get lost. Bringing enough food and warmth for the night is essential when temperatures tend to drop below -20 C°. In addition, approximately seven dogs per sled also need to be fed and given love and care.

A hard-nosed struggle with and against Mother Nature and all she has to offer, with man’s best friend at their side.
